Testimonials
My experience in the six years since I opened my PostNet store has been extremely positive. I have found PN HQ to be helpful and sincere in following through on the promises they made to me when I was exploring the possibility of opening a store. Not only is the support of HQ invaluable, but the support of the other PN owners is incredible! I love being part of this great team.

I was really looking for a concept that knew who they were and was not part of a large conglomerate. Then one day while reading a franchise magazine I came across a PostNet ad. The store images and professional manner in which they presented themselves was exactly what I was looking for. I immediately called Head Office. After several calls and meetings it became clear that PostNet was all about becoming part of a family. The care and time they gave me to make informative decisions was welcomed.

PostNet is an organization that has been designed to be inclusive of all franchisees with a genuine concern for the success of each franchisee. The open communication model creates a continuing positive environment. A franchisee can only be as successful as the leadership provided by the parent company. Steve & Brian provide leadership driven by both corporate and franchisee needs. They claim PostNet is a family -- most of us believe it.

PostNet is unique as a franchise in that you (as a franchisee) are able to communicate directly with the leadership of the PostNet organization. Steve and Brian are available and responsive to individual franchisee concerns and suggestions. In addition to the challenges and rewards of owning my own business, I really enjoy being the “outsource resource” for businesses in our town. Businesses rely on us for our business and marketing expertise and that’s a great feeling.

With PostNet, our small business has a safety net! The support, advice and continuing education that we get from our franchise is awesome! Being a small business owner isn't always easy, but with the support of a great franchise like PostNet, it's worth the challenge. We wouldn't change a thing! One of the great benefits of being a PostNet franchise owner is that we have many opportunities to participate in committees that help to improve and grow our business. With PostNet, the franchisees have a voice....and PostNet HQ listens!

We really like the ease of access to PostNet headquarters staff members and owners. PostNet’s annual convention, regional meetings, online training and business information helps us take our business to the next level. Best of all, we love the support we get. In our five years (April 1, 2002) as franchisees, we truly can’t identify one time when we called or spoke to a PostNet headquarters staff member that wasn’t able to help.

I think the thing that I love most about PostNet is the support offered by the staff at HQ and the other store owners. I can't think of another organization where everyone is so dedicated to helping others succeed. The best thing about owning a PostNet is that every day is different. There's never a rut. You never know what you're going to be doing that day when you come in. We were looking at several other franchises and the minute we saw PostNet, we knew this was the one we wanted to get involved in.

I have greatly enjoyed the business relationship PostNet & I have formed over the past 8 years. When I visited on Discovery Day, the one aspect of PostNet that stood out to me was the culture of corporation. I felt their way of daily operations and customer service was the same as mine, which made for a great fit. To this day, that culture that sold me on PostNet is still in place, even with the drastic increase in number of franchisees.
