Chairman and CEO

Steve is an accomplished retail professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in the business services and postal industry. He is directly responsible for the strategic management and direction of the company.

In 2008, Steve will be serving as Chairman of the International Franchise Association (IFA). In 2003, he was honored with the IFA’s Entrepreneur of The Year Award, and he won the Gary Rockwell Award for Excellence in Franchise Development in 2004. He has also chaired the IFA’s Political Action and Convention Committees and is a past Chairman of the IFA’s Educational Foundation. Steve has held the Certified Franchise Executive designation since 1997.

Brian Spindel, CFE
President and COO

Brian has more than 20 years of experience managing and performing various operational roles in the company, including systems coordination, marketing, franchise development and training.

Brian is directly responsible for the development and operation of PostNet franchised locations worldwide and holds the designation of Certified Franchise Executive. He is also a frequent speaker at franchise industry events, chairs the IFA’s Technology Committee and serves on the IFA Educational Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
