The company was founded in October of 1992 in Henderson, Nevada by Steven Greenbaum and Brian Spindel and began franchising in July of 1993. In June of 2005, the company relocated to the lower downtown (LoDo) area of Denver, Colorado, the new location of their state-of-the-art world headquarters support facility.
